No accounts
BeatMeter does not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal information.
Data stored in your browser
The artists you add, song lists, tempo results, your corrections, selected songs, your playlist, and settings are saved in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. Playlist files you save with "Save JSON" are also saved only to your device. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
Apple (iTunes Search API)
To search for artists and load songs, previews, and artwork, your browser connects directly to Apple's servers. Apple receives your search terms and standard request information such as your IP address. Apple's privacy policy applies: apple.com/legal/privacy.
Links to other services
Song links open Apple Music. Apple's privacy policy applies once you leave this site.
Advertising
Some pages on this site may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this site and other sites.
